R&R Country is one of the largest Equestrian Retail Centres in the country. We stock over 20,000 products representing all the top names in Saddlery, Clothing and Equestrian Equipment - all at very competitive prices. We are members of the British Equestrian Trade Association; BETA, and the Society of Master Saddlers. 

Delivery Options

During busy periods at R&R Country, for example Sale time, delivery may be extended, please allow up to 10 days for delivery of your order. We will try to process and ship your order as quickly and efficiently as we can but please bear with us during this time.

R&R will attempt to process your order within 24 hours of receiving it. However, at times of exceptional demand, delivery may be extended, we will inform you accordingly.For orders placed before 12pm we will endeavour to process them the same day. Orders after 12pm will be processed the following day. Deliveries will be sent by courier and will require a signature upon delivery unless previously organised. Lighter items may be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class and Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery.

Postage & Packing

  • UK - (2-3 working days) - £5.50 Not including London, Ireland and the Scottish Highlands. 
  • London (2-3 working days) - £6.00.  This is due to the London Congestion Charge implemented on the couriers.
  • Channel Islands/N. Ireland - £10.00 (quotation will be given prior to posting on each item).
  • S. Ireland - £20.00 (quotation will be given prior to posting on each item).
  • Europe - £25.00 (Please note this is a rough estimate, you will be contacted with a more accurate quote after ordering. If you would prefer to enquire before ordering please email us at info@randrcountry.co.uk)
  • Express Delivery - Please contact us if you require Express Delivery for a quote
  • Where Promotional 'Free Delivery is offered', is applicable to UK Mainland Residents only.
We reserve the right to amend postage & packing prices as appropriate. Payments are accepted in pounds sterling only. We do not export to the USA and Canada.

Collect in Store

We offer the service 'Collect in Store' from either our Selby or Melton Mowbray stores, please allow us time to get your order ready and you will be notified either by email or phone when your parcel is ready for collection. You will not be charged a postage & package cost for this service. If we do not have an item in stock or available for collection straight away, this may cause a slight delay to the order, however you will be contacted regarding this.

Damaged or Undelivered Goods

Please check the condition of your parcel on delivery prior to signing for acceptance. In the event that goods are missing or damaged on arrival please specify against your signature and inform us within 3 working days, otherwise no claim can be considered.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added where applicable.

Availability & Prices

We reserve the right to withdraw from sale any article in the sale or alter a sale price without notice. Certain products will be limited to purchase quantity, particularly in sale period. All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed your order. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and offered an alternative.

Prices include Value Added Tax, where this is applicable. Prices listed on the website may differ from those in the shop. We regret that we are unable to offer the same discounts on items purchased in store. Every effort will be made to maintain the prices shown on the website. However, we reserve the right to discontinue any item from those shown and to amend prices when necessary.

Returned Goods

 A full refund (less postage and packing) will be provided on any item returned to us in the original packaging, unsoiled, within 14 days, for any reason.
Alternatively the goods may be exchanged. Refunds or exchanges cannot be made before we receive the returned goods.
If an item is being returned due to it being faulty - R&R Country will refund the postage costs incurred for returning the item - up to the value of £5.00. Please be aware of this when returning items.
Returns made after 14 days or soiled goods will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
*Christmas Returns - Items bought as Christmas gifts can be returned within 14 days after Christmas.

Please pack carefully to avoid damage and don't forget to enclose the return form that was sent with your order. Please enclose the appropriate return postage and packing fee with goods returned for exchange. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage with adequate insurance from the Post Office if making a return, to enable you to make a claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

The security of your personal and credit card details is of the highest priority to us.
When you are ready to enter your payment details at our Checkout you are taken to a secure page with the latest requirements for the secure hosting of web pages. You can verify the security of your connection to our Checkout. When the connection is secure, you will see a closed padlock symbol either besides the url input window at the top of your browser window, or at the bottom of your browser window.

Information we collect and how we collect it
Many of the services on our site are offered without our collecting any personally identifiable information from you. You can browse randrcountry.co.uk and view some of our content anonymously. For instance, you can access this page without giving out any personally identifiable information.

Account related e-mail
We will send you e-mails relating to your account. These include order confirmations, renewal/expiration notices, and credit card problem notifications.
Email newsletters
We offer numerous e-mail newsletters. If you no longer wish to receive a specific newsletter, you can follow the 'unsubscribe' instructions located near the bottom of each newsletter.

Security and Passwords

We maintain a secure process to collect, transmit and store your personally identifiable information. When you provide credit card information, we use secure socket layer (SSL) encryption to protect it. All transactions are encrypted to SSL 128bit. R&R Country take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from R&R Country. We urge you to keep your password in a safe place and not to divulge it to anyone.
