R&R Country will aim to process the order within 24 hours of receiving it. However, at times of exceptional demand, delivery may be extended, we will inform you accordingly. For orders placed before 12pm we will endeavour to process them the same day. Orders after 12pm will be processed the following day. Deliveries will be sent by courier and will require a signature upon delivery unless previously organised. Lighter items may be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class and Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery.
CHRISTMAS DELIVERY INFORMATION - In time for Christmas?
As you are all aware Christmas is around the corner now - please see below our Christmas Delivery information:
All orders placed before 1pm on 20th December will be received in time for Christmas. This is for UK Mainland parcels only.
Any orders placed after this date will be recieved on 2nd January 2014.
Don't forget you can still do 'Collect in Store' orders up to Christmas Eve (providing the items are in stock). Please contact the relevant store prior to ordering.
Postage & Packing
FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER £75! UK MAINLAND ONLY
- UK (2-3 working days) - £4.95 Not including London, Ireland and the Scottish Highlands.
- London (2-3 working days) - £6.00 This is due to the London Congestion Charge implemented on the couriers.
- Channel Islands/N. Ireland, Scottish Highlands and the Isle of Man - £10.00 (quotation will be given prior to posting on each item).
- S. Ireland - £20.00 (quotation will be given prior to posting on each item).
- Europe - £25.00 (quotation will be given prior to posting on each item).

During busy periods at R&R Country, for example Sale time, delivery may be extended. We will try to process and ship your order as quickly and efficiently as we can but please bear with us during this time.
We reserve the right to amend postage & packing prices as appropriate. Payments are accepted in pounds sterling only. We do not export to the USA and Canada.
Collect in Store
We offer the service 'Collect in Store' from either our Selby or Melton Mowbray stores, please allow us time to get your order ready and you will be notified either by email or phone when your parcel is ready for collection. You will not be charged a postage & package cost for this service. If we do not have an item in stock or available for collection straight away, this may cause a slight delay to the order, however you will be contacted regarding this.
FEED & BEDDING ORDERS

PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be dealt with on the Monday.
Damaged or Undelivered Goods
Please check the condition of your parcel on delivery prior to signing for acceptance. In the event that goods are missing or damaged on arrival please specify against your signature and inform us within 3 working days, otherwise no claim can be considered.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added where applicable.
A full refund (less postage and packing) will be provided on any item returned to us in the original packaging, unsoiled, within 14 days, for any reason.
Alternatively the goods may be exchanged. Refunds or exchanges cannot be made before we receive the returned goods.
If an item is being returned due to it being faulty - R&R Country will refund the postage costs incurred for returning the item - up to the value of £5.00. Please be aware of this when returning items.
Returns made after 14 days or soiled goods will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Please pack carefully to avoid damage and don't forget to enclose the return form that was sent with your order. Please enclose the appropriate return postage and packing fee with goods returned for exchange.
We recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage with adequate insurance from the Post Office if making a return, to enable you to make a claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
